From my sketchbook - Dan

I decided to buy a little sketchbook to paint in. You know the kind, black front and back covers and fairly weighty thickish paper. I thought this might help me be a little quicker with my watercolours and keep things FUN so I don't obsess over all my mistakes and aim for perfection all the time.

On the first page I painted this, which is just a fun pic of my mate Dan being silly. This particular picture was fun to do because it only took 20 mins and I wasn't really giving a shit about whether it was 'good' or not, I just went with it for fun. And I test out a new pen.
